MODERN SWAHILI BREAKFAST NA KHANGA

Today was a very chill, sunny Sunday morning so I decided to make a Swahili modern brunch, where I used Swahili spices to bring out the flavour in the most simplest dishes I came up with! Grilled Beef Sausages - Marinated in White Vinegar, Turmeric, Ginger, Soy Sauce, Simba Mbili Powder, Paprika and Lemon Juice. Grilled Yam - Marinated in Turmeric and Salt Grilled Broccoli Omelette - Made with Tomato, Salt, Black Pepper, Green Chilli Grilled Beef Slices Garlic French Bread - Made with Butter, Parsley, Lime Juice, Salt and Black Pepper Rose Sherbet - Made with Plant Based Milk, Almond, Chia Seeds and Rose Pep Try it and tag me!
